Using Microsoft Outlook as the mail agents

As Microsoft Outlook does not reveal spam mails original headers. You need to install a additional program called " SpamSource". It is a add-on for Microsoft Outlook and it is a freeware. The program can be downloaded at:

A. Install "SpamSource"

1. Double-click the .exe file to install the program

2. If the installation success, start Microsoft Outlook and you will find a new button under the menu called "spam Source".

After installing the program, you'll need to make configuration to "SpamSource".

B. SpamSource Configuration

1. From the main menu, click Tools--> Options, select the "SpamSource" Tab.

2. Select the checkbox "Send Report as Attachment".

3. Click "Add" button and enter "report@dcm.mailprove.com" as the reporting email address.

4. Click "Apply" and "OK" to exit.

5. Restart Outlook.

C. Report Spam

1. Single click to select the spam messages.

2. Click the "SpamSource" button

3. Repeat Step 1 & 2 to all the spam messages.

4. Click "Send/Receive" and all the spam messages will be forwarded to Mail Prove to analysis.
